Submissions are currently closed. You can prepare a draft. Community voting is paused.

Soft launch: 1 November 2026 (tentative). Show: 20 November 2026 (tentative). Dates use US Eastern time.

This page explains the current platform. Final competition rules and remaining edition decisions will be published separately.

Your account

How do I create an account?

Use the creator account page to register with an email address and password, or choose Google sign-in when it is available. Your creator profile can include a biography, social links and a banner.

Keep access to your sign-in provider secure. Never send the team your password or a verification or recovery link.

How do email verification and password recovery work?

Email-and-password accounts receive a verification link. Open it, sign in to the matching account and confirm the action. You can request another link in your account if needed. Check spam or junk folders when a message is missing.

Forgot your password? Use the password recovery option on the sign-in form. Recovery links are single-use and expire. After resetting, sign in again. Google-only accounts use Google to recover access; this flow does not add a password to a Google-only account.

Preparing & uploading

Is saving a draft the same as submitting?

No. A draft is a private work in progress. Use “Save draft” to save the entry details to your account. Selecting a file does not by itself upload the original or submit the entry; keep your source file available.

You can prepare a draft while submissions are closed. Final submission requires an open entry window, an uploaded original, complete required information and the rights and AI-disclosure confirmations. The account shows whether an entry is still a draft or has been submitted for review.

Which video file do I need? Can I use YouTube?

Upload the original video file in MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV format, up to 5 GiB. A YouTube preview is optional and does not replace the original.

Use a complete final export with its audio included. 4K originals are welcome. Original files stay private to you and authorized organizers; public streaming is prepared separately after review. Playback quality depends on the source, processing, connection and streaming configuration.

What if my upload pauses or my connection drops?

Return to the saved draft using the same account and browser, then select the same original file to resume. Keep the filename, size and modification date unchanged so the upload can be matched to its saved progress.

The browser remembers upload progress on that device. If you clear site data, switch devices or the previous upload is no longer available, you may need to start the upload again. A completed original already retained with the draft does not need to be selected again unless you are replacing it.

If the upload continues to fail, contact support with the entry title, the error message, file format and approximate size. Do not email a large master, password or account recovery link.

Which entry requirements are confirmed, and what is still being decided?

Provide a title, description and music genre for your original AI music video.

Confirm the rights to the music, visuals and other material, and disclose AI involvement accurately.

Submit during the official entry window. The organizing team reviews entries before they appear publicly.

The current participation guide describes the platform’s preparation and review process. Final eligibility, duration rules, entry limits, prizes, jury membership and awards format are still being confirmed. Proposed judging criteria are not a final prize or winner formula.

When do entries open, and when is the show?

Soft launch: 1 November 2026 (tentative). Show: 20 November 2026 (tentative). Dates use US Eastern time.

Submissions are currently closed. You can prepare a draft.

No scheduled entry opening has been published. No scheduled entry deadline has been published.

A planning date is not a submission deadline. Check the current entry window before attempting final submission. Exact broadcast times and remaining edition rules will be announced separately.

Review & your materials

What do the entry statuses mean?

Draft: you can continue preparing the entry. In review: the entry has been submitted to the organizing team. Changes requested: read the organizer’s note in your account, make the requested edits and resubmit during an open entry window. Approved: the reviewed entry can appear in the public showcase.

Drafts and entries returned for changes can be edited. Submitted and approved entries are locked for review integrity. Check your account for the current status and review note; email notices are an additional notification. Approval does not itself mean that a streaming encode has finished or that an entry has won an award.

Who can see my creator introduction and behind-the-scenes material?

The optional creator-story packet is private to you and authorized organizers, including after the film is approved. It can contain an introduction, the inspiration behind the video, process notes and HTTPS YouTube or Vimeo links for an introduction or behind-the-scenes video.

A separate, unchecked-by-default permission lets the team select, shorten and use these supplemental materials in the show and related promotion. Leaving it unchecked does not make the packet public. It is separate from the main music video and its rights confirmation.

You can remove that permission while the entry is editable. After submission, contact [email protected] about withdrawing it. Avoid including private addresses, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. Linked-video visibility is also controlled by its external hosting service.

Are my transcript or lyrics public? Can I change that?

The transcript or lyrics field is optional and separate from the private creator story. Include only text you are authorized to publish. It appears publicly with an approved entry, including in search metadata, only when you choose the public-display checkbox.

You can withdraw public display using “Make transcript private” in your creator account without changing the reviewed film. The text remains saved privately. Previously downloaded or indexed copies may take time to update; contact the privacy team if you need help.

Voting & finding help

How does the community vote work?

Community voting is currently paused. The televote page shows the current round and whether voting is available.

The current ballot allows one final choice per verified account per round, for an approved music video. Review the confirmation carefully before casting your vote. A new official round has a separate allowance; changing a round’s display name does not reset votes.

Jury scores and community votes are tracked separately. Community results appear only after organizers release a closed round. Final awards rules and any relationship between the jury and public vote remain to be confirmed.

How do I reach the right person?

For account, upload, submission or voting problems, email [email protected]. Include the entry title or public page URL and the error you see; do not include your password or verification and recovery links.

Use [email protected] for personal-data requests and permission questions, [email protected] for media enquiries, and [email protected] for collaborations or general project requests.

Still need a hand?

Email [email protected] with your entry title and error message. Never send passwords or verification and recovery links.
